How long will it take for my order to get to me?
We stock our merchandise in our warehouse so most unframed orders ship within 1-2 business days and usually arrive within 3-7 business days.  Framed orders are custom framed just for you so they generally ship within 3-5 business days and usually arrive within 8-10 business days.  

What type of frames do you use?
We provide higher quality frames and superior workmanship for less!   We use high quality custom wood frames.  Additionally, we use plexiglass, acid free mat, and rear dust coverings to protect your panoramic.  We also install a hanging wire for easy right out of the box displaying.

Do you offer additional mat and frame selections?
Hundreds of mat colors are available at no extra charge by phone or by simply noting your selection in the message section of your online payment.  Additionally, either frame may be purchased in black, oak, or cherry at no extra charge by phone or by noting your selection in the message section of your online payment.

Can I buy just a frame?
Yes, you may purchase frames separately by phone.

What is a deluxe frame?
Deluxe frames are our best value and receive the standard features as well as acid free double matting and a beautifully engraved solid brass name plate.

What is on the brass name plate?
The name plate will have the team name and the stadium name.  College Bowls, Super Bowls, Stanley Cups, and World Series will note the team name and championship if applicable.

Can I request a special name plate?
Yes, we can honor special name plate requests such as Happy Birthday, Happy Father's Day, Merry Christmas, etc. as long as the request is noted in the message section with your payment.

Important: Please make check or money order payable to SportsMagick.  SportsMagick is the parent company of StadiumPanoramics.com.  Please provide payment for the cost of the print plus $8.50 for unframed prints, $20.00 for framed stadium panoramics, or $25.00 for framed stadium aerials for s/h and insurance.  Specify the print you want and a return shipping address.

Do I have to sign-up for a PayPal account to complete a purchase?
No, you can complete an online purchase at StadiumPanoramics.com without signing up for a PayPal account.  Just click "If you do not currently have a PayPal account" to continue checkout.  Upon the completion of the payment, you will have the option to sign-up for PayPal.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

What happens if my items are damaged during delivery?
StadiumPanoramics.com will replace damaged items in a timely fashion.  Please report any damaged items to us immediately so we can begin the process of replacing your order.

What happens if I am not happy with my merchandise?
StadiumPanoramics.com offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund of the purchase price within 30 days of receipt of the item provided it is returned without damage, in the same condition it was shipped.  We will refund shipping charges if the product is defective, or an incorrect item was shipped as a result of our error.

Do you ship internationally?
StadiumPanoramics.com ships internationally. Shipping costs vary depending on the country to which your item will ship. Consequently, please contact us before you complete your purchase so that we may determine your shipping charges.

Do you accept foreign currency?
StadiumPanoramics.com only accepts U.S. funds for payment.  We highly recommend that international customers use PayPal or purchase a U.S. funds money order from your post office or Western Union's BidPay.com.
